True Navigation was established in 2009 by Matthew Jessen, a military veteran and previous electronic technician in the U.S. Coast Guard. The main office is located in Pompano Beach, FL and we provide much of our on-demand service or support needs from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. True Navigation is a small business, veteran owned, and prides itself on excellent customer support and competitive pricing. Most recently we were awarded a 5 Year service agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises to provide 24/7 service and support to a fleet of over 25 ships.
